Out of the Papua New Guinea Highlands comes this truly excellent coffee. Grown by villagers with a long heritage of coffee production in the remote Mount Jabara region, this bold bean is a special find.
A medium-light roast, this deep, earthy coffee has a velvety texture with a subtle dried-fruit flavor and low acidity. A long, pleasant finish with notes of fig rounds out this single-origin bean that is excellent in any brewing format.
